Fool's Day is a dark comedy about a 4th grade class that pull an innocent, April Fool's prank on their teacher...that accidentally kills her. The story is about Zoltán Frimont, who is a young French doctor of Hungarian origin. He is on a mission in Romania with his wife, who is also a doctor, when he collapses unexpectedly, and finds himself at a psychiatric institution in Transylvania.

Flimp and Sam are both outcasts in the Oklahoma town of Oiltown, but Jewish Sam idolises macho Latino Flimp. When they hear that a wealthy man has moved into a local house, they decide to check it out. Things go wrong, and soon they are on the run from the FBI...
